There are a number of benefits of interval training on stationary bike, as it saves you from the harsh weather, you don’t have to run on the road, you can do the workout from home itself. Interval training on stationary bike is effective in losing weight and also in building muscle strength.
Interval training is considered to be one of the most effective ways to lose weight and to remain perfectly fit and healthy. It is considered to be far better exercise than cardio vascular workouts. In high intensity interval training, intense exercise is followed by low level exercises just like running followed by walking. You need to train for at least 5 days per week if you really want to enjoy the results, which are far better than the cardio vascular workouts. If the routine is followed perfectly chances are that you will be able to lose fat within a shorter period of time.

Start the intense training workout with a little stretching exercise, this will keep you more energetic and lively and your body too will be well accustomed to the workout. For the beginners, a restricted workout is advised since this will prevent them from suffering from injuries.
